Too much work, I’ve finally ran my mouse out.

Funny note as I am ending a very long day of work… my mouse is now on the fritz and it doesn’t click well with the left button. I may have finally worn it down. Wonder how many hundreds of thousands (millions?) of clicks it has been through? Should this be a badge of honor or shame? :)Microsoft IntelliMouse (by blakeimeson)

I was really attached to it because it had buttons on either side that were really handy for going forward and back when web browsing.

Its replacement looks like it is going to be either the  Logitech VX Nano or the  Logitech MX Revolution. The nano has the USB wireless receiver that barely sticks past the USB port but the MX looks more comfortable as it is a bit larger.

Anyone have any wisdom to share?

revolution all the way. i actually got it for $35 shipped on one of those deals-of-the-day and i love it, and am using it right now. the only problem is that it has so many customization options i hurt my productivity by playing with it.

@woody thanks for the advice. I really like everything about the revolution… I just wish they would give it that nice little USB receiver so I could just leave it in my laptop all the time.

I’d get the VX Revolution if I were you.

It’s a mix between the Nano and the MX.

I’ve had mine for 1.5 years and I love it!
